Fixed Right Console Switches Problem. After easily removing the stuck screw with a Grab-It screw extractor, continuity of all of the wires were checked to insure sound wires attached to the right locations. Voltages were checked for the hot wires that are supposed to come directly from a battery source to the switches. None of the wires showed a voltage. But, when I energized the Vertical Power System all of the wires showed 13 V. The problem was that the cable energixing the fuse terminal to the switches was connected to a power distribution terminal that received its power through the VP System. The solution ws to connect the end connected to the VP powered terminal to another termonal that receives direct battery power. The fused battery terminal that powers the Essential Backup Engine Power wires receives its power directly from the Alternate Battery. This terminal was used to daisy chain power to the right console switches. After the re-routing, all of the switches worked perfectly. Problem solved.
