After the propeller had been installed, I tested the function of the Prop controller. When power was applied to the system, there was blinking of the green and yellow lights followed by steady green and yellow lights. The green light signaled that the propeller was in fine pitch. The steady yellow light was an alarm signifying a low voltage condition or and internal error. I need to contact the manufacturer. per the instructions.
