Brief Description: Applied 9 Oz. 8 Harness Glass to Oil Cooler Inlet
Applied 9 Oz. 8 Harness Glass to Oil Cooler Inlet then applied Peel Ply. This fiberglass forms very well to complex curves. I applied a total of 4 plys in the layup.
Placed 2 ply glass to the split in the bottom of the cowling to relatively fit the cowl halves. I will be glassing the rest of the split bottom then re-cutting the cowling halves midline. After forming the Oil Cooler Inlet, the two halves do not come together because the Inlet is slightly larger then it was at the time of the first bottom splitting.
