Brief Description:  Rough Shaped and Fit the Canopy Handle to Skirt

Rough Shaped and Fit the Canopy Handle to Skirt. Because the skirt is glued to the frame, there is a small outward displacement of the skirt. This small difference is enough to make the Canopy Latching Handle shaft a touch too short to fit the canopy handle. The Canopy Handle Shaft protrudes from the inside to the outside of the skirt through a hole in the canopy frame. The Canopy Handle is then attached to the shaft end using a retention screw. The only way to get the handle to fit was to play with the shape of the handle and to remove some of the skirt material. After doing these, I got the handle to fit but there is excessive in and out play in the setup. I ordered a brass bushing to be used to take up the slack. This bushing will be added to the shaft just under the handle and it will ride on the caopy frame hole structure through which the shaft exits. The length of the bushing will be adjusted as needed to prevent in and out movement of the latching device.
I plan on working further on the shape and appearance of the Canopy Handle.

Sanded the Canopy front edge and the rear edge of the Windscreen to best alignment. When done, there is a very close fit between most of the break line. I like it!
