Garmin GPS 18x is Working Great! The problem was that the baud rate was set or 9600. Once it was reset to 4800, the GPS data was displayed.
Secured the Vertical Power External Switches hub for the Display Panel near the left access panel. This hub will make adding switch functions to the VP easier.
