Brief Description:  Sanded the Top Of the Aft Skirt to a Better Taper

Sanded the Top Of the Aft Skirt to a Better Taper to improve the transition from the canopy to the skirt. Earlier, after trimming the top edge of the skirt to its final shape, the egde was quite thick because of the fiberglass buildup the was needed to get the Van's skirt to fit the Todd's canopy. But now that the aft skirt has been well built up on the interior, I can again sand the upper skirt to get it to taper fit the canopy better even if I do sand through the top surface in the process. In the process of sanding the fiberglass buildup and the adjacent skirt, I did sand through some of the skirt. The center section of the aft skirt got a 3 ply application of glass plus one more ply that was extended laterally to areas where the previously applied reinforcement glass had been thinned during sanding. Peel Ply was applied to the glass.
