Brief Description:  Sanded the Skirt Side's Lip Transitions

Sanded the Skirt Side's Lip Transitions. The right side looked good with minimal sanding but the left side was a different story. The sanded transition line was not straight. This was due to the skirt surgery performed to make the back of the skirt fit the Tod's Canopy. The pieces of reminent fiberglass cut from the skirts used to make the conforming tops of the aft skirt were not perfect replacements for the spaces into which they were laid. The epoxy/micro/flox filler joints were not straight and uniform. They were functional without regard for making straight lines continuous with the side lip. To make the transition better, I had to sand the transition with attention to forming a straight and uniform line at the base of the lip. I used a 2" PVC Pipe to sand the transition. In the ruogh, the line looks good. In reality, I won't know how well it really is until I get further into the finishing the skirt surfaces. Then imperfections will pop.

After finishing the sanding, I decided to reapply some micro and cabosil but this time I tried using a 3" PVC pipe to shape the transition. I liked it better then the 2" radius transition. The right side was also redone using the 3" radius.
