Brief Description:  Adjusted the Installation of the Avionics Post Gro

Adjusted the Installation of the Avionics Post Ground.
I ran the ground for the FlightVoice to the avionics ground post aft of the avionics panel. But I have not really liked the way that the post is secured to the support structure. At first I used Proseal to secure the Delron block to the support crossmember. This didn't last long. The Proseal is rubbery and didn't withstand any torquing of the nut on the ground post. After it broke free, I attached the block using industrial Velcro. This held the block in place but it wiggled and was difficult to use when adding an additional ground wire. So I removed the block, riveted a small piece of aluminum to the block, roughed up the mating surfaces and epoxyed the grounding post to the cross member. The attachment seems to be quite secure now.
