Brief Description: Fit the Lower Rudder Cap to the Rudder
Fit the Lower Rudder Cap to the Rudder. Cut the reliefs for the rudder horn. I will probably fix the cut to fill in the gap between the cut made and the forward side of the rudder horn. I also made a cut in the forwarw arch of the cap to accomodate the tail light wiring.
