Brief Description:  Attached the VS to the Empennage

Attached the VS to the Empennage. This was fairly straight forward except for an unforseen detour. While starting to tighten the first forward spar bolt, the wrench flipped out of my hand as I maneuvered it in the tight space. Wouldn't you know it. It went exactly where I would least like it to go. It went right through the large lightening hole in the last bulkhead, down into the last compartment of the tail. I had to first locate the wrench in the dark space then figure out how to get it out. The options were few and one was to climb all the way back into the tail to retrieve the wrench. That was not going to happen with all of the VP System gear in the path. I had to remove the VS in order to have some maneuver room through the lightening hole. I was able to see the wrench about a foot forward of the bulkhead. I taped an extendable retrieving magnet to a dowl and luckily trieved the wrench without further problems. My work of advice: TAPE THE LIGHTENING HOLE until the VS is secure.
