Brief Description: Investigated Absence of Fuel Totalizer Value on EI
Investigated Absence of Fuel Totalizer Value on EIS while the engine was running. I checked continuity of all of the wires and connections made at the plugs. I called Jan Eggenfellner who told me to check the wiring at the first fuel injector on the right side near the firewall for the correct connection and continuity. Got a weird finding. There was continuity to the EIS from both the power wire and the Control (Ground) wires. After talking to Jan again, it was determined that the Fuel Totalizer wire was on the wrong lead. I ordered some unshielded butt splices for the repair and will make the wiring switch once they arrive.
