Drilled Wheel Pants Halves Attachment Holes using a #27 bit. Drilled the K1000-6 nutplate holes using a #30 bit then countersunk the rivet holes using a stone on a Dremel that the tip was tapered to about 37 degrees. Attached the nutplates with about 75% compression compared to a normal squeeze.
Attached the U-808 brackets and aligned them perpendicular to the floor.
Taped a 1" block on top of the tire for the vertical spacing of the fairing.
