Brief Description:  Riveted the Step to the Fuselage.

Riveted the Step to the Fuselage. For the most part, this went well. There were three rivets, one on the aft side of the tube and two forward of the tube, all on the bottom row, that I could not find a way to rivet and obtain a good rivet smash or not cause collateral damage to structure or wires.

I decided to use some structural Cherry Max Q pulled rivets. The first attempt. I used AAPQ-44 rivets. These left a short stem sticking out of the rivet after the pull. I drilled these out and replaced the with AAPQ-42 rivets after testing them on some other material. Rivets pulled nicely and left a nice shop head.
