Brief Description:  Started Rigging the Ailerons

Started Rigging the Ailerons. With the control stick now maintained in the centered position, I disconnected the aileron push-pull tube coming from the Control Column from the aileron bellcrank.

I also disconnected the aileron control tube between the bellcrank and the aileron.

I attached the aileron bellcrank guide to the bellcrank. This guide is used to position the bellcrank in the neutral position. While in the neutral position, the aileron push-pull tube from the control column was adjusted for length at the rod bearing end and re-attached using the hardware callout. The Aileron control rod was also attached to the bellcrank. The hardware was torqued for the control column push-pull tube at the bellcrank but not for the aileron control rod. With the control stick being maintained in the neutral position, it was not possible to torque the aileron control rod hardware.

Next, I'll be adjusting the Aileron in trail positions.
