Installed the EGT probes into the exhaust headers.
Installed each probe 3.25" below the header flange to the engine. Drilled each hole slightly undersize and then used #30 reamer to enlarge to required size. Took care to avoid interference with spark plug removal.
Trimmed each of the "hose clamps" to reduce the excess tab after installing them. Trimmed the first one in-place using a cutoff wheel in the Dremel tool. Then used that cut off piece to measure the length to cut off each of the remaining 5 probe clamps, and cut them off using a hack saw, then cleaned up the cut using the slow speed grinder (abrasive wheel, not the scotchbrite wheel).
Safety wired each probe's clamp by wiring around the clamp adjuster gear thru the screw slot.
