Update - Unfortunately I have had to STOP WORK on the AeroMax project due to numerous parts problems from the factory and (especially) support out of Australia. It is a real shame as I was looking forward to flying it. I'm off to the replacement challenge - a Kitfox. While waiting for the kit to arrive, I'm starting to get the shop, tools, and jigs ready. Here's the first installment. NOTE - the time clock shown here represents the total time between both projects.

Welcome - here is where I will be documenting the construction of an AeroMax (Team Mini-Max). I plan on keeping track of all construction details - certainly more than the minimum requirements. Why? I remember that during the build of an RV-6, when stuck on an issue, I'd go to another builder and ask how he solved the problem. All too often, the memory was gone, nothing, nada. I couldn't believe someone could forget something as key to success as solutions. Once I was done with the RV, and others put me in the same position, I quickly learned that it was not only possible but highly likely. This log will help be part of a collective memory and also serve to meet the regulator's requirement for a log and pictures.
