Pulled peel ply from the right wing tip and had to clean up some fiberglass that had made it's way into the hing intersections.
Fitted the left wing tip to the wing and match drilled the existing holes. Then useing a rivet fence marked punched and drilled the holes inbetween to provide additional attachement points for the hing. Line marked the fiberglass and drilled and countersunk the fiberglass holes for the hing. Deburred and dimpled the wing edges as well as the countersinking of the fiberglass end pieces that are cut off as spacers for mounting. Drilled out the fiberglass holes for the mircro rivets.
Scuffed up the hinges and cleaned. Painted the hing pieces black. Riveted the hing pieces to the right wing end.
