Brief Description: Cut, fit and drill right fibergalss wing tip
I started into the fiberglass wing tips. Setting both ailerons to the neutural position and blocked and taped the ailerons. Began cutting the notches on the right wing tip. Cut and fit the right wing tip into place. Tapped the fiberglass tip to the wing. Match drilled the fiberglass. Then using a rivet fence I marked the rivets inbetween the existing holes. (These would have been the holes used for the plate nut scew attachments. However, I'm mounting the fiberglass wing tips using the modification of using the piano hinge connection)
Punched and drilled the additional holes for the hinge connection
