Work on the locking block for the locking mechinisim. Originally I had planned to set a block with a slot, but after building the block and the amount of angle for the rotation of the locking arm. I saw a post on VAF showing a simple stop block for the locking arm to stop against. fabricated a 3/8" clear acrylic block about 1" square and drilled the center hole. Counter sunck the Aluminum top layer and primed aluminum
