Brief Description: Attachement of the forward and mid floor

Rivet the outer 815 mid floor ribs to the rear floor bulkhead. Bolt and torque the two bolt attachements with spacers to the bulkhead. Rivet the outer 815 mid floor ribs to the mid floor skin, both left and right.
