Brief Description: Finish epoxy/flox work and wire connector

Manual 40-08 steps 7,8. Finish up epoxy/flox work.
Manual 40-09 steps 3 - 9. Light mount bracket and wiring of connector. Downloaded elec schematic to verify pin connections. Note I added another hole for the ground wire mount to avoid interference with the fiberglass mount. I used anticorrosion on the lug and washer to the wing.
