Brief Description:  Circuits and acellerated stalls

Had a really good time flying this morning, did 30 minutes worth of circuits before heading of to do more stalls, engine off and accelerated.

With power off stalls the aircraft was allowed to auto-rotate for 2 rotations before applying opposite rudder to stop the rotation and then stick forward to recover, in all 6 power off stalls where carried out and each time recovery was the same.

Accelerated stalls where also conducted with power at idle in a 30 degree banked turn. Both left and right stalling turns where conducted. Again the stick was pulled back while maintaining the turn until the stall buffet was felt, as the stick is brought further back the stall buffet increases but the aircraft does not exhibit any tendency to fall out of the turn or drop its nose, the rudder still maintains full authority and the turn can be exited by applying opposite rudder while still in the stalled attitude, to return to stable flight only requires application of stick forward, this is the same in both directions.

Just for a bit of fun I pushed the throttle to the wall, strait and level speed at current max rpm of 3000, produced a speed of 133knots and slowly accellerating...obviously I need to do this in a few directions and average the speed from a GPS, but it impressed me at the moment.
