Brief Description:  Counter sink and rivet cowl

This evening I counter sunk all the holes in the fiberglass, and then riveted the hinge in place. The hinge wire or pin has been bent at the front to conform to the front edge of the cowl inlet and is effectively hidden between the two fiberglass halves. I will also install a retaining screw and bracket to ensure that it does not want to move forward and out. Tomorrow night I'll locate and install the camlocs on the fuselage and rear cowling. I have also been in touch with Jabiru and they will be sending me the correct ram air ducts to suite this particular cowl, apparently they are the same ducts that are being used on the standard J230 cowl.
