Brief Description: Dimpled bottom skin and all the ribs
After I got back from work this morning (Microsoft USA is coming to visit so its all hands on deck), Anne-Marie helped me to remove, deburr and dimple the bottom skin of the left wing, once this was compete we moved the skin to the front lawn to get it out of the way so that we could flip the wing onto its nose. Once this was done I removed each rib one at a time and drilled the hole for the strobe wiring and added a gromet before deburring, dimpling and coating the rib with Cortec, while this was drying, I drilled the top skin for that rib station out ot its correct size with the #20 drill, I then replaced the rib and moved onto the next one. I finally finished all the ribs by mid afternoon. Anne-Marie then helped me to flip the wing back over and lift the bottom skin back into place once the wing had again been leveled.
