Brief Description: Drilled holes for exhaust pipe in muffer
This was by far the most difficult installation I have had to do so far, I gestimated the position of the exhaust stub in relation to the firewall and the cowl and marked some reference lines on the muffler. I then marked the diameter of the exhaust pipe on the rear of the of the muffler (looking forward from the fuselage) and drilled a series of holes so that I could break out the circular disk, I then filed it to shape while test fitting the exhaust stub. Once to size I pushed it through and tapped it against the other side of the muffler to make some small indents as a reference to where it should exit, I then drilled a pilot hole and positioned the exhaust pipe, marked it through the hole and then marked a final reference. It worked out quite good, but the proof will be in the fitting, I may need to get the exhaust bent slightly to decrease the angle it exits the cowl at.

The angle is good, fingers crossed it exits at a good angle too
