Brief Description:  Engine Control Cables Installed

Installed the control cables for the throttle, prop, and mixture. These were custom length cables from California Push Pull Cables due to the use of the Aerotronics throttle quadrant in the arm rest and the top routing of the prop cable due to the air conditioner compressor location.

Had to attach the mixture cable bearing on the outside to fit due to interference with the filtered air box. Also had to slightly change the clocking of the mixture arm, and slightly bend the mixture arm outward to align properly with the control cable attachment bearing.

Had to slightly bend the prop governor cable attach bracket angle to align properly with the governor arm.

Sanded down the epoxy/flox applied yesterday to the divot in the engine air inlet transition, and also the epoxy/flox applied to fill the gap in the NACA inlets (used a dremel sanding drum on the NACA inlets). Applied neat epoxy to the air inlet transition and the NACA inlets.

Re-drilled the repaired screw hole in the left rear gear fairing.
