Brief Description: Mounting the wing tips to the wings
As I reviewed what was suggested for holding/controlling the hing rods as they come to the trailing edge. I decided to use a pice of 1/2" Sintra/PVC product (Light weight) drill points on top and bottom to insert the end of the hing rod (Bent at a 90 degree angle.
I drilled a single point with a Tinnerman washer and a riveted plate nut to the aluminum rib for connection. Everthing appears to fit quit nice.
