Match drilled and deburred the bolt holes for the slide rod assembly bolting to floor and firewall. Drilled and deburred the connection bolt. Honed the rudder pedal structure. After spending sometime trying to use a scotchbrite pad and handle, I ended up using a shotgun cleaning brissel with a scotchbrite pad wrapped around the brissels, attached to a drill motor. Worked great. I was able to get both of them smoothed out and reduce the restriction.
Set into place the push peddels for the rear rudder controls. Bolted them into place and snapped the bushings into place
