Brief Description: Seat/floor assembly and longerons
Finished riveting the aft ribs for the seat/floor assembly. Clecoed the skins on to the seat rib/floor assemly. Backriveting worked well to rivet the skins into place. A little more difficult with the compund bow in both directions. (across the bulkhead as well as the bow in the rib assembly.) A little slow going with a bowed stainless steel bucking bar between clecoes. I had to drill out and rerivet a few of the rivets.
Fabricate the Lower Longerons. Followed the three steps.7.25 degree twist. Opening up the face of the angle, and then applying additional twist to shorter section. Mirrored the right lower longeron as well
Bending the Auxilary longerons Success, Micheal Wardles gift (Bending Jig) for the longerons worked awesom on the auxilary Longeron to put the 5/16" bow into place. Followed the same process for the right longeron as well.
