Brief Description: Floor assembly and Aileron trim brackets
Began assembly of the floor assembly. Clecoed parts together including fabricating the Aileron pushrod for the Aileron trim assembly. Fitted and match drilled the two brackets that support the Survo and pushrod for the Aileron trim assembly.
Fabricsted the pushrod assembly, cut fitting for survo attachement and drilled holes for springs.
Match drilled, debured brackets. Riveted plate nuts to brackets and checked alighment for the pushrod through snap bushing (Snapbushing does need to be enlarged. While I did not take Van's advise and tried a drill bit to enlarge the diameter I did end up a second time using a grummel to enlarge the diameter.) Everything appears to be very level (pushrod) across the survo bracket and into the snapbushing.
Clecoed everthing to bulkhead to confirm location and attachement. Drilled out the attachment points on the aft seat bulkhead.
Actually the assembly is starting to look like a fuselage.
