Brief Description: Began the center substructure / bulkhead assembly
flute the uprights for the forward and aft bulkheads. Match drill the assembly Debur parts. D/A the parts to prep them for paint. Paint both forward and aft bulkhead verticals left and right for each. Fabricate the mounting clip. (I had to fabricate it twice, since I drilled both holes on the first one and should have match drilled it to the bulkhead. Also fabricated the seatbealt lugs. preped and painted. Riveted the nutplates for forward bulkhead and verticals. As well as the seat rail nutplates.
Bolted the forward bulkhead bolts and torqued to specification 85 inch pounds (AN 4 bolts)
