Brief Description: Aileron assembly for the right wing
Attached the wood jig to the end rib and aligned the aileron to the neutural position. Attached the bellcrank jib to the pushrod bracket and assembled the push rods. Adjusted the smaller pushrod to the correct length and tourqued the jam nuts. Mounted all hardware for the pushrod assembly and torqued the hardware and marked the bolds/nuts with torque seal paint
Aileron range of motion: Neutural position was 11 degrees Up range was 41 - 11 = 30 degrees Down range motion was 13 + 11 = 24 degrees.
Both ranges of motion are well within the listed range
I have not mounted any of the stops to prevent binding.
