Brief Description: Seal and rivet doubler rings for fuel sending unit
After cutting out the doubler rings, I used sealant to attach them to the baffle backing plate. Countersinking the skin and riveting on the nutplates for the attachement of the fuel sending units.
I did have a mistake that I had to improvise for. Since I did not mount the sending units into the end rib (since I went with flop tubes on both ribs) I had still ordered a left / right sending unit and didn't think about the difference in nutplate possition until after I had cut the access hole and associated nutplate holes. This required a back plannel sealed and riveted into place to close up the holes. Photo shown below
