Brief Description: Fitting rudder to stabilizer and fiberglass tip
Fit fiberglass tip to vertical stabilizer. It required cutting and fitting fiberglass to achieve a smooth transition between rudder and tip of both fiberglass assemblies. Debur/dimple skin and tip. Rivet fiberglass tip to stabilizer
I attached the rudder to the horizontal stabilizer (measuring the 3 bearing assemblies as per the print measurements.
