Installed hinge bearings to plate nuts to fit the elevators to horizontal stabilizer. I had to adjust the bearings depth to align the counterweight edge to the horizontal stabilizer.
Trim edge of the skin on the horizontal stabilizer to fit where the counterweight rotates past the edge.
Adjustments and align elevator horns to match. I picked up some 1/4" tubing to protect the bearing, as a drill guide for connecting the two elevator horns.
