Brief Description: Riveting Right Elevator assembly
Rivet doubler plates and nut plates to 702 spar. Rivet rib assembly to spar. Rivet lower rib to spar. Rivet counter weight skin to elevator skin. Squirt RTV Silicon on stiffiner joints at trailing edge. Insert counter Weight and cleco on the elevator assembly to the elevator skin. Attach the counter weight to forward rib and counter weight skin. Tourq bolts to 7 pounds per foot. Flush rivet one side of the skin to the assembly
