Brief Description: fabricate 717 shim and 716 stiffiners, and assembl
constructed the 717 shim and the lower extension pieces to attach the fiberglass section on the bottom of the rudder assembly. Preped and primered the structural bracket by the rudder horn. Clecoed the rudder assembly together.
