Wrapped the horizontal stabilizer in moving blankets and relocated behind the workbench for secured storage. Rough assembly of the vertical stabilizer. Clecoed the spar and ribs, match drilled the part and hinges. Clecoed the skin into place, match drill the skin to the ribs and spar.
