Brief Description: Drilling lightening holes for seatback support
Went out and purchased a 2-1/4" hole saw from Home Depot. Clamped the sheet metal to a wood backer and drilled each at low speed on the drill press. If I had to do over again I would sandwich the aluminum sheet between two thin sheets of wood to reduce the amount of sanding and deburring.
