Brief Description: Flap - Drill rod end bearing platenut attach holes
Once the rod end bearing hole is enlarged you need to attach a platenut on the rib. One attach rivet goes through the rib only. The second goes through the rib and the rib doubler. I machine counter sunk the hole going through both rib and doubler for a normal AN rivet. I machine counter sunk the hole going through the rib only for a "OOPS" platenut rivet. I used an electric screw driver with my counter sink bit. I just used trial and error to get the rivet to sit flush.
