Brief Description:  Prep the aileron hinge brackets.

You need to counter sink a hole in the angle stock. Neither of my micro stop counter sink cages would work because the cage hits the opposite flange. I used my drill press and used trail and error (no error) to get the correct depth. It was easy and I got perfect flush rivets on these guys.

The 2 sheet drawing set that came with the aleron hinge bracket kit says that the only parts that need to be primed are the mating surfaces of the angle stock. Well, who's to argue. I like the look of unprimed aliminum. So, I used a small paint brush and primmed only the agle stock mating surfaces. The rest of the pieces I used a scotch bright pad to sand them to a nice clean aluminum look.

Geezs. keeping this log sure takes time...
Why am I doing this?
Is there a point?
Is it good for something after I have written it?
Is it a waste of time.
Will I, or anyone else actually see this log entry.
Will it be usefull if viewed?
Shit, I'm done.
I'm going back in the garage and do some real work.
