Debur, rough up and dimple. I used a scotch bright pad on all sides. On the side where rivets go and altimatly pro seal, I sanded in both directions to help promote ProSeal adhesion. I'll do this every where on the tank that gets ProSeal.
I wanted to use my new fuel tank dimple dies but could not. You see, the holes are to close to the web and the female die hits it. So, I used the normal dies but used the small diameter female to clear the web..
