All the wing nose ribs have a raised bump at the end of the flange at the leading top side. Each nose rib has this mis manufactured defect. The bump is so big it will show through the wing skin. You need to grap the flange at the bump with you hand seamer and rotate and pull out to flatten that bump in flush with the little mini flanges on the leading edge. Easy to do. Must be done.
