I make 3 passes on the debur wheel. To avoid ridges in the wheel it's important to slide the flange at an slight angle across the wheel. The wheel takes on a slight concave profile.
Pass 1. Flange edge straight on the wheel. Pass 2. A pass on the outside edge of the flange. Pass 3. A pass on the inside of the flange.
All 4 edges of each rib get these 3 passes.
This only gets the edges of the flanges. Later we still need to get inbetween the fllanges.
