Here are all the wing ribs. They include leading edge ribs (mounted in front of the main spar), training edge ribes (mounted behind the main spar). Some of the leading edge ribs are gas tank ribs.
54 ribs total.
All edges have to be debured, straightened, and flanged.
The first will be the deburing.
I'll use my 6" debur wheel in the drill press. Because of the dust and noise you can see how I dress for it.
1. Normal glasses. 2. 1x reading glassses because I can't see shit up close. 3. Gas mask. A dust mask would also work but this is better. 4. Face shield to keep all the dust off my face hair and eyes. 5. Ear plugs.
