Now to debur all the little edges between the flanges. Or flange edges. The Avery tool kit comes with a long roll of 280 emery cloth. It's about 1.5" wide. I would rip a 7" long piece off the rool. Then, split it into 3 strips. Easy to rip straight with your fingers. 1 strip can be used for 1 rib only. Slide back and fourth on both edges (inner and outer).
You can see the mess of used strips on the bench. Should be 54 of them.
You can see a file on the bench but I used it only on a test piece. I didn't use the file after I discovered the enery cloth does a great job
Still not done however. Still need to adjust the rib flange to be 90 degrees to the rib web.
