These guys needed some work. I always start by finishing the edges. Then drilled the 5/8” hole for the rudder cable as shown in image 1. Not to forget the notch opposite the rudder cable hole.
Image 2 shows a bit of interference between the bulkhead and auxiliary longeron. No big deal. Also, not shown, are the bulkhead end mini flanges that required fitting.
