Brief Description: Make shims for F-902 and F-7101.
Image 1 shows a small gap between the F-902 Bulkhead and F-7101 Gear Attach Web. Clamps would not close the gap. Both sides have this problem. I decided to put 0.025” shims in-between. Image 2 shows the shims I made from some scrap.
I used double sided sticky tape to tape the spacer to the F-7101. I’ll also clamp it, then back trill the shim through the F-7101.
