Here is the gusset trimmed, bent, fitted and drilled. This really took a lot of time. The gusset doesn’t come with any predrilled holes. You can violate edge distance in so many places if you rush. The plans say this is an integral junction, so take your time and make it fit right. I’m happy how they came out.
