About 6 turns with the debur tool with a counter sink cutter attached is what it takes to counter sink the platenut anchor holes. Of course I use the NAS rivets.

Image 3 is a picture of a platenut location that required special attention. I couldn’t get my #19 drill bit in close enough to the vertical section of the bulkhead. No problem, I’ll use my 90 degree angle drill attachment. Bummer, the angle drill kit does not come with a #19 bit. Are you kidding me? So, I drilled it to with the #12. I think this is OK because the platenut is not relocated using a bigger hole.
